Change or cancel your subscription
To change your subscription at any time, click the Settings button (the gear icon) and then choose Manage billing to alter your payment method or Change plan to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:
Click the Settings button (the gear icon).
Click on your plan name.
Select Cancel subscription.
All changes to your subscription, including cancelations, will go into effect at the end of the current billing period.
You can also log in to our Admin system at https://admin.plotagoneducation.com/login. There, click Manage Billing, then your plan (Monthly or Annual), and Cancel Subscription.
If you have a free trial and decide not to continue, simply don’t enter a credit card, and your subscription will cancel automatically at the end of the trial period.
