We recently made some changes to make the Plotagon Story app easier to use. You no longer need to log in to an account in Plotagon Story.
Instead, your purchases are now registered with either the App Store or Google Play Store. Sometimes these records can be out of sync, and you might need to restore your purchases.
- Go to the app Settings (the gear icon).
- Click "Restore purchases".
- Restart the app.
You will now have access to everything you paid for.

If you are still having problems downloading your scenes or clothes, it could be because your purchases are not registered on your app store account.
Did you make your purchases on another device? Maybe on an Android devices, and then you switched to iOS?
Did you make your purchases on the old (now-discontinued) Story desktop application for Mac and Windows?
